GINGER RICE

Ginger rice which i am posting now is so easy to make and can be done with your leftover rice too. The flavour of ginger and crunchiness of shallots will give nice taste to the rice. And if you are having cough, soarthroat and cold this is so good and comforting.. If you are ginger lover sure you like this.. Just give it a try ...

Ingredients :

Cooked basmathi rice - 1 cup (you can use left over too)
Ginger chopped very finely - 3 tbsp (tender ginger will be so good)
Shallots - 1/2 cup chopped finely
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper and salt as required
Oil

Method :

1. Heat oil and frying pan add the ginger saute well and then add the shallots till they turn slight brown color.
2. Now add the cooked rice add the soya sauce, pepper and salt.
3. Mix and toss well until the rice gets hot.
4. Serve hot.

Note :

1. Serve hot to enjoy the full flavour and saute ginger well.
