A collection of health enhancing juices which not only replenish,restore and revitalize. You'll be surprised how wonderful the flavors can be. Experiment and make your own concoctions but here are some ideas which I make everyday at home. And here its for you :)
Sunrise Smoothie
Refreshing smoothie to start the day
Ingredients:
Yields - 2 small glass
Raspberry - 10
Peach - 1
Agave nectar - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Method :
1. Blend fruit separately with
1/4 tsp of agave in each
serve in layers.Garnish
with ice cubes and mint leaves.

Peanut Power Smoothie
This rich and naturally sweet tasting smoothie
is good source of protein and calcium.
Ingredients :
Yields - 2 glass
Banana- 1 small
Apple - 1/2 chopped
Peanut butter - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Ice cubes - 3 to 4
Method :
1. Blend all the above ingredients until
smooth.
2. Serve in the glass with few ice cubes.
Note:
Use Ripen banana, since it has naturally
sweet taste, additional sugar is not
needed. But if you really prefer sweet
add 1/2 tbsp of honey.
